Hot Spring Pork Cooking Workshop

One of the more distinctive specialties of Matsunoyama is “hot spring pork,” which is put into the onsen water for about 2 hours at a temperature of 63-68 degrees Celsius. The pork is boiled within a plastic bag so it’s easy to bring home for yourself or to give as a gift.
