One of the many farming experiences you can have in Tokamachi is at the Matsunoyama Cakra (or Chakra), a tulsi (holy basil) farm deep in the mountains. Far away from the city pollution, this perfectly organic farm provides an opportunity to relax and destress. In addition to offering harvest experiences, they also sell herb tea made from the very same tulsi in the fields.
