•Photograph or video entries must be taken in Tokamachi City.
•Multiple entries per person are allowed during the entry period.
•Photographs or videos taken in the past are allowed.
•The Entrants must obtain permission for the location where the photo was taken.
If taking a photo or a video of a person, the Entrant is responsible for confirming with the subject and obtaining his/her explicit consent to use the portrait. (If the subject is a minor,consent from their parent or legal guardian is required.)
•Entries may be used in publicity activities for this contest, as well as in printed materials, websites, SNS, etc. created for publicity purposes by Tokamachi City, Tokamachi City Culture and Tourism Promotion Council, and the Tokamachi Tourist Association without compensation and without prior notice to the Entrant.
•When using the submitted works, the author’s name may be hidden, and the same applies to those who have been authorized by Tokamachi City, Tokamachi City Culture and Tourism Promotion Council, and the Tokamachi Tourist Association to use those works. In addition, entries may be slightly modified.
